​Team Waddington has many clients that want assistance not to compete but to live a happier, healthier, and longer life. If you are not looking to compete but want access to a structured Nutrition & Train plan, Michael can provide focused plans with the tools to ensure you will achieve long term results.​

Structured eating, monitored calorie intake, and tailored training programs to target areas in need of improvement are all key factors so that you can put yourself in the best possible position for a healthy lifestyle.

What we will give you:

Initial consultation by phone or skype

A personalized and structured initial nutrition plan based on your consultation assessment

Remedial and ongoing supplementation advice

choice of WEEKLY or FORTNIGHTLY check-ins via email only

choice of WEEKLY or FORTNIGHTLY full-scope revision of nutrition and supplementation via email

All photos and info to be submitted by 5pm Tuesday each WEEK - even if Fortnight option selected.
